When Bert Raccoon falls victim to a Cyril Sneer advertising campaign, his friends become worried about him. Obsessed and addicted, Bert sacrifices almost everything he cherishes to win the grand prize, only to discover that there is no greater prize than friendship.

Cyril needs to boost the sales of Sneer Snacks before he can off load his chip factory to Knox. With flavours such as turnip and sardine, it could be difficult. The pigs strike on the idea of running an impossible to win competition, and Bert is hooked. He spends everything in a vain attempt to win the bike of his dreams.
