Summary

When Cyril Sneer loses the priceless Prism of Zenda he is forced to offer a valuable reward for its return. In his role as ace detective Bert Raccoon thwarts Cyril's scheme to swindle the public and uncovers the Prism right under Cyril's nose.

Cyril plans on making a movie about the famed prism of zenda, now owned by Lady Baden-Baden. When the jewel dissappears under Cyril's nose, he can only make excuses for so long. Claiming that it is a competition, Bert and the gang try to find the jewel. When time runs out, Cyril lands himself in even greater trouble when he returns a fake to Lady Baden-Baden and Mr. Knox.
