Summary

Simon. Cyril is not convinced, and Bert sets out to discover the truth with a bit of detective
work. Michael HoweCedric has been having a hard time recently. Cyril just doesn't seem to want to spend time with him, and would rather send the pigs to do tings with Cedric instead. One day, a stranger appears at Sneer Mansion, claiming to be Cyril's brother Simon. Cedric takes an instant liking to Simon, as he seems more willing to spend time with him, but Cyril is somehow not convinced that this stranger is his brother. Putting the pigs on a fact-finding mission to expose the supposed imposter, almost every trick and question is answered perfectly by Simon.
Simon also has returned to reclaim part of the Sneer fortune, as was willed by his and Cyril's father. It seems that Cyril may have lost his hard-earned fortune, when Bert Raccoon, "ace detective," turns up a clue that is valuable to the case, denouncing Simon as Sid Leach, a childhood friend of Simon's. The deal is null and void, and in the end, Cyril begins to spend more time with Cedric, realizing the error of his ways. Voices
